Meet Our Staff
Craig Falk
Craig founded Craig Cares in 2002. His compassion, patience, and integrity are well-suited to the challenges of in-home care. He focuses on treating his caregivers and the office staff with respect, generosity, and appreciation so that they can provide Craig Cares' clients with the best home care possible. Craig has a Bachelor's degree from Chico State and a Master's degree from San Francisco State. He loves tennis, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two teenage boys.
Angela Titman
Angela joined Craig Cares in 2005. She has years of hands-on care giving experience including care for clients with advanced dementia, ALS, and with hospice. As such, Angela is perfectly suited to her role as Scheduling Coordinator. She is cheerful, empathetic, and focused on connecting the best caregiver for each client. Angela is a devoted wife, and mom to three daughters and one son.
Stacie Grimes
Stacie joined Craig Cares in 2011 as Client Services Coordinator. In this capacity she ensures that every client is receiving the best possible care. Her professional and caring demeanor are perfectly suited to her position. As Program Director for Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Stacie filled a similar role. Additionally, she has been a family caregiver. Stacie has a Bachelor's degree from University of the Pacific. She is also a devoted wife and mother.
Sue Coker
Sue joined Craig Cares in 2009 as our HR Manager bringing her 25 years of experience with Mervyn's department stores. Her roles included Operations Manager, Assistant Store Manager and HR Manager. Sue has a remarkable ability to problem solve with employees. She is direct and honest and knows when to be firm and when to be forgiving. Sue has a Bachelor's degree from Sacramento State. She and her husband enjoy horse back riding and camping.
Christin Silveira
Christin joined Craig Cares in 2009 as our first Sales Representative. She brought her twelve years of professional sales experience with Aventis Pharmaceuticals and Quest Health Care to Craig Cares. Christin truly exemplifies the Craig Cares values of professionalism and caring. She is equally comfortable talking with physicians as she is helping with our clients putting on their socks. She has a Bachelor's degree from UC Irvine. Christin is a fitness buff which comes in handy while keeping up with her two small children.
Evelyn Gaugler
Evelyn joined Craig Cares in 2010 as our Administrative Assistant. She has a twenty year history wtih Sutter General and Sutter Memorial Hospitals in the Admissions Department, including time as the Director of Admissions. Evelyn is an outstanding writer and is well-spoken and organized. She has great empathy for those who are seeking care for their elderly parents. Evelyn has a Bachelor's degree from Sacramento State. She and her husband enjoy traveling and photography, while Evelyn is an avid cook and gardener.
